End User License Agreement

License grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use napa.fyi, including the embeddable hotel events widget, for your own personal or business display purposes. The widget may be embedded on your own website as provided, without modification.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy, or bulk-reproduce Site content or listings for republication or redistribution;
• present our content as your own, or alter our content or credits in a misleading way;
• circumvent technical measures or access the Site in a way that disrupts its operation;
• use the Site or widget for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

The Site and widget are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Event information is verified against official sources before publication, but details can change; always confirm with the venue or organizer.

Termination

This license ends automatically if you violate these terms. We may also suspend or terminate access for violations of our Terms of Use. Our intellectual property rights survive termination.
