Kenzo Napa, the Michelin-starred kaiseki restaurant in downtown Napa, will debut its fall menu on October 22. Head Chef Kenji Miyaishi built the menu around Kenzo Farm harvest favorites, including bluefin tuna imported daily and A5 Wagyu Tenderloin Jibuni, alongside a seasonal hassun course and dessert.

The announcement comes as the restaurant holds one Michelin star for the eighth consecutive year, under owners Kenzo and Natsuko Tsujimoto. The downtown Napa dining room, led in the kitchen by Miyaishi and in the front of house by General Manager Juan Pena, remains one of the valley's few Japanese fine dining rooms with that distinction.

Reservations open 30 days in advance, to the day, according to the restaurant's reservations page. For a fall menu debuting October 22, that means the first seats become bookable in late September, and the pattern repeats daily as new dates roll onto the calendar.

The fall menu lands at the height of the valley's harvest season, when the restaurant's farm sourcing is at its most local. Guests planning around the debut should book the moment their date opens.
